Investment management firm Drum Capital Management plans to relocate from South Norwalk to 13,000 square feet in downtown Stamford in September.
The company said it recently secured a long-term lease on the tenth floor of Four Stamford Plaza, where it plans to move its headquarters and all employees from 18 Marshall St. in South Norwalk. The deal was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.
According to the company, "The Stamford office situates Drum among the region’s leading financial firms, including Jefferies & Co., Thomson Reuters, General Electric, UBS Securities, and the new corporate offices of the Royal Bank of Scotland."
Drum manages approximately $1.1 billion in assets.
