A 60,000-square-foot industrial building in Bridgeport sold for $1.825 million and a 10,000-square-foot building in Norwalk sold for $1.65 million are among a host of recent deals brokered by Fairfield-based commercial brokerage Angel Commercial.
The Bridgeport property at 461 Broad St. was sold by 466 Lafayette Realty Corp. to 461 Broad St. LLC. A portion of the 60,000 square foot industrial building was leased back to 466 Lafayette Realty Corp for use as a warehouse distribution center.
The Norwalk building at 320 Martin Luther King J. Blvd. was purchased by Tuff Lawn Lawn Service from MarrCom LLC. The 10,000-square-foot industrial building will undergo a complete renovation prior to the new owner occupying, according to Angel.
The brokerage also helped Massachusetts pharmaceutical company Parexel International sign a lease for 13,000 square feet at 750 East Main St. in Stamford, and wholesaler Connecticut Distributors lease 5,559 square feet of warehouse space in Bridgeport.
