The Nature Conservancy has leased an entire 11,760-square-foot floor in the eight-story building at 55 Church St. in New Haven.

The building is situated one block south of the city’s green, in the Central Business District.

Ted Schaffer, Stephen Press and Joel Nesson of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services in Hamden represented the ownership, 45-55 Church Street LLC, while Steven Inglese, of The New Haven Group, represented The Nature Conservancy.
