Greenwich capital placement agency Atlantic-Pacific Capital Inc. has closed its $572 million Forum European Realty Income III fund (FERI III), aimed at private and listed real estate operating companies located throughout Europe.

FERI III represents Forum Partners’ third investment vehicle aimed at European realty companies, the companies said.

Atlantic-Pacific Capital acted as the exclusive global placement agent.

Forum Partners has invested in more than 70 separate companies located in 21 countries across Europe and Asia.
