Timothy M. Mitchelson, of Hanover, has joined South Shore Savings Bank as vice president/general counsel/risk manager, and Shaun J. Spada, of Kingston, has joined the bank as a mortgage account executive.  Both are located in the bank’s headquarters in South Weymouth. 

Mitchelson has practiced law for nearly 15 years, primarily representing bank clients. He was most recently a senior associate at Marcus, Errico, Emmer & Brooks. 

Prior to joining South Shore Savings Bank, Spada was a home mortgage consultant with Wells Fargo. A graduate of Framingham State College, he previously worked as a senior loan originator at Source Funding Corp.
