The 127-room Rockland Radisson Hotel and the 173-room Milford Sheraton Hotel have been sold to Hanover-based Linchris Hotel Corp., on behalf of Ashford Hospitality Trust.

A hotel industry Web site in June reported that Ashland Hospitality Trust had a contract in place to sell the two hotels for a combined $20.9 million.

"The Massachusetts marketplace remains much in demand among hoteliers... while the economy has cooled, we continue to see large numbers of interested buyers and sellers in the hotel industry," said Bill Hodges, principal of Hodges Ward Elliott, which  brokered the sale of the hotels.
