Norwell-based mortgage banking firm radius financial group has acquired EAI Mortgage Group of Plymouth.

The acquisition is effective July 14, and the terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed. EAI Mortgage Group was founded in 1998 by Jeff Pilon and Bob Case.

In becoming part of radius financial group, EAI Mortgage Group, through the radius financial group mortgage banking platform, will be able to provide both residential and commercial mortgage financing in New England and Florida. EAI Mortgage Group will remain on Resnik Road in Plymouth.
