First National Bank of Ipswich has reported net income of $39,000 for the second quarter, a 26.4 percent decrease from the same period last year. Last year the bank reported net income of $53,000.

The commercial community bank has branches in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and reported no losses related to subprime loans.
