Wayne Valliere of Plymouth has been elected president of the Dedham-based Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers.

Valliere is owner of Barnstable/Plymouth Appraisal in Bourne and has been appraising real estate for 18 years. He specializes in appraisal of waterfront properties.

MBREA is a nonprofit, professional association with approximately 600 members across the Bay State.
