Three companies have renewed their leases with developer AMB Property Corp., which has offices in Boston.
Verizon and Radford Warehouse have renewed their leases, totaling 198,000 square feet of space. CTZ Logistics has expanded its lease with AMB by 25,000 square feet, for a total of 118,000 square feet.
Radford signed a renewal to occupy more than 103,000 square feet in the 345,000-square-foot, AMB Pinewood Distribution Center at 675 Canton St. in Norwood. Verizon signed its lease for 95,000 square feet at AMB's 480 Arsenal St. property in Watertown. CTX Logistics has expanded its operation in AMB's Cabot Business Park in Mansfield.
Peter Brown, director of leasing at Campanelli Cos., negotiated the lease renewal with Verizon on behalf of AMB. Steve Clancy, executive vice president at CB Richard Ellis, represented AMB in the renewal agreement with Radford and the expansion with CTX.
