Three industrial condominium units on Otis Street in Northborough have been sold for $1.575 million.

The units, totaling 26,400 square feet, are located in the Gainsborough Industrial Park Condominium at 104 Otis St. The condominium units are currently leased to J&L Windows, dba Renewal By Andersen of Boston and Professional Technologies International, Inc.

New Dover Associates represented the buyer, Vector Northborough Commercial and Apogee Realty of Northborough, while NAI Hunneman Co. represented the Seller, Pamjam Realty.
