Buckingham Browne & Nichols, a coeducational day school, has leased 27,000 square feet for administrative and classroom space at 40 Belmont St. in Watertown.

The lease represents 100 percent of the premises formerly occupied by the New England School of Acupuncture.

Meredith & Grew represented the landlord, the Archdiocese of Boston, in the transaction. Buckingham Browne & Nichols was represented by Grubb & Ellis. Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed.
