The 87,200-square-foot Hyster New England headquarters building at 159 Rangeway Road in Billerica has been sold for $6 million by  Dickinson Development Corp.  of Quincy to private real estate investment fund manager the Hampshire Cos.

CB Richard Ellis Vice President of Investment Sales Gary Lemire negotiated the sale.

Hyster New England, a full-service material handling company, provides new and used fork lift trucks, construction and aerial equipment for sale and rent.
