The 7,500-square-foot addition to Blanchard’s Liquors headquarters, located at 314 LaGrange St. in West Roxbury, has been completed, and renovations have begun on the facility’s existing 9,500-square-foot retail and office space.

The completed 7,500-square-foot addition houses a basement, retail space, second floor offices and wine tasting room. Blanchard’s Liquors remained open throughout the construction and will continue to do so during the renovation phase of the project, according to general contractor Landmark Structures Corp.
