The Offices at Smith Farm, a 10,000-square-foot office property located just off the Newburyport Traffic Circle and Route 1, are now fully leased, according to The Kane Co.

The tenant, Aloft Group, recently relocated its downtown Newburyport offices into 7,500 square feet at 26 Parker St.

The Kane Co. represented the landlords. Further details of the transaction were not disclosed.
