Biz Cleaners of Auburn recently leased 1,500 square feet of retail space at 922 Grafton St. in Worcester.

Biz Cleaners is opening a satellite cleaning and shoe repair site to expand their Auburn operation.

The property is a 3,000-square-foot retail space. Michael Jacobs, a principal at Glickman Kovago & Co., handled the transaction.
