NAIOP Massachusetts recently elected a new president and board of directors, along with a new executive committee.  The new board includes the principals of many of the region's leading commercial real estate firms.
 
Kevin McCall, president & chief executive officer, Paradigm Properties, was elected president of NAIOP Massachusetts for 2009.  McCall is president and CEO of both Paradigm Properties and Paradigm Capital Advisors. McCall has more than 25 years of direct real estate experience, with specific expertise in structured and direct investing as well as real estate operations and development.
 
Sarah Abrams, Fidelity Real Estate Co., will serve as president - elect and Jonathan Davis, The Davis Cos., will serve as chairman of the board of directors. Davis served as the 2008 chapter president, and Abrams served as the 2008 secretary/treasurer. Brian Kavoogian, Charles River Realty Investors, was elected the new secretary/treasurer, and Kathryn West, Partners HealthCare System, will serve as the chapter's senior vice president.
