Three months ago, Wakonda Technologies signed a lease in Medford for more than 2,600 square feet. Now Wakonda, a developer of solar photovoltaic products, has relocated to more than 7,000 square feet at 2 Gill St. in Woburn.  Both properties are leased and managed by Cummings Properties.

The Gill Street space was better suited to accommodate Wakonda’s growth, according to Cummings Properties’ leasing/property manager, Tony Spencer, who represented Cummings Properties in the expansion.
