The board of directors of Independent Bank Corp., parent of Rockland Trust Co., has reported a $.18 per share dividend, payable Jan. 9, to stockholders of record on Dec. 29.

Independent Bank Corp.’s sole bank subsidiary, Rockland Trust Co., has $3.5 billion in assets.
