Corporate Accountability International has leased 9,048 square feet at 10 Milk St. in Boston, a 230,000-square-foot commercial building in the Financial District. 

Kenneth H. Girvin, principal of Boston-based commercial real estate firm Chandler Co., represented the tenant. Jaime Wight and Dick Ruggiero of Wight & Co. negotiated the lease on behalf of the building owner, Oasis Development Enterprises.
