Rule|Boston Camera Rental will increase the size of its existing facility at 1284 Soldiers Field Road in Brighton to 17,996 square feet, allowing the firm to combine its Watertown and Brighton locations.

The Colliers Meredith & Grew team of Elias T. Demakes and John A. Carroll III represented Rule|Boston Camera Rental in the transaction. The landlord, Harvard Real Estate, was represented by Peter Bekarian and John Osten of Jones Lang LaSalle.  Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed.
