The interior construction and fit-up of a 200,000-square-foot office and manufacturing facility for L-3 Communications in Ayer was recently completed by Braintree developer Integrated Builders.

L-3 consolidated several locations at their new facility, which is located at 2 Nemco Way in Ayer. In addition to interior fit-out, Integrated also installed new mechanical and electrical systems and a new compressed air and vacuum system.

Architect for the project was Harvard-based Maugel Architects.
