Maynard construction company J.M. Coull recently hired Thomas Dube as vice president of the pre-construction group.

Reporting to the president of the firm, Dube will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the activities required to develop, present and manage specific pre-construction assignments. In addition, he will oversee the growth and development of those who report to him directly.
 
Dube previously worked his way up through the ranks at Cutler Assoc., headquartered in Worcester, most recently holding the position of director of operations for the scholastic division.
