Holbrook Cooperative Bank recently received approval from the Massachusetts Banking Commissioner and the FDIC to open an office at 60 Crescent St. in Brockton under the name Liberty Bank, A Division of Holbrook Cooperative Bank. 
 
Since 2003, Holbrook Cooperative says it has experienced "significant" growth in assets (from $70 million in 2003 to more than $110 million at present), fueled by its commitment to small- and medium-size commercial accounts.
