City Realty Group is opening a fifth office in the Fenway at 43 Westland Ave. in January.

Matt Ellis will be opening the company’s new Fenway location. Most recently, Ellis was manager of Greenline Realty Inc. 

 
Also, Michael Sahagian has been recruited to manage City Realty Group's flagship Brighton office. Most recently he was with Newport Rents Inc. where he was managing partner. Sahagian is licensed in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
