Gold Brick Development LLC has purchased 25 Union Ave. in Sudbury for $1.78 million from Chiswick Park LLC.

New Dover Assoc. of Framingham brokered the sale and procured the buyer.

The building is a single-story, 33,505-square-foot warehouse located off Route 20.

New Dover Assoc. is the exclusive leasing agent for 25 Union Ave.
