International Stone Inc. has leased 28,200 square feet at 180 New Boston St. in Woburn from Brickpoint Properties.

Vice President Rob Cronin of Lincoln Property Co. represented the tenant and Jason Bansfield represented Brickpoint Properties in-house.

International Stone is expected to begin its 6-year occupancy in the first quarter of next year. The Woburn-based company will be expanding its presence in Woburn, where it is currently headquartered, by adding 180 New Boston St. as its new warehouse and fabrication shop.
