Dave Stodden and Mike Davidson of North Reading-based Columbia Construction Co. both recently earned the designation of LEED accredited professionals.
Stodden has worked at Columbia for seven years and is currently working on a 335,000-square-foot new corporate campus for Hobbs Brook Management in Waltham. The project team is pursuing a LEED gold rating for the design and construction of the building.
Davidson has worked at Columbia for five years. He is a team member for the new 90,000-square-foot Martha’s Vineyard Replacement Hospital. Pursuing a LEED silver rating, this project also includes a significant renewable energy program, which entails the installation of a 45-kilowatt solar panel roof system, as well as the purchase of wind turbine power.
