Economic and financial analysts IHS Global Insight is planning on consolidating its executive offices from Waltham to Hartwell Avenue in Lexington.

Colin Smith Architecture of Lexington is developing plans for the consolidation, with anticipated completion in spring 2009.

The 11,000-square-foot design includes a reception area, board room with 30 seats, full café-style kitchen, pantry and private offices with support stations and meeting rooms.
