Volcano Corp., formerly Novelis, executed a lease for 5,049 square feet to relocate to Brickstone Square from Methuen. Volcano specializes in the development of ultrasonic visualization technology devices for minimally invasive medical procedures. The representation in the lease transaction was not disclosed.
 
SaleStart, a recruiting firm specializing in the placement of top sales professionals, signed a new lease for 3,817 square feet.  The representation in the lease transaction was not disclosed.
 
Mitsubishi International Corp. renewed its lease for 2,954 square feet and was represented by Sean Lynch of Jones Lang LaSalle.
