Edwards Vacuum has leased 14,852 square feet at 3 Highwood Drive in Tewksbury, relocating from offices at 301 Ballardvale St. in Wilmington.

Boston-based Colliers Meredith & Grew represented Edwards Vacuum in the transaction. The landlord, BPG Properties, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed.
 
The 105,718-square-foot, two-story building is located within the Highwood Office Park at the intersections of Interstate 495 and Route 133.
