Danvers Bancorp, parent company of Danversbank, has reported third quarter net income of $48,000, compared to $1.33 million in the same period last year, a 96.4 percent decrease.

Year-to-date, the bank has reported a net loss of $2.67 million, compared to net income of $3.2 million a year ago.
