Technology firm Genesis Magtech has leased 8,078 square feet of flexible industrial space at 18 South Hunt Road in Amesbury from Hunt Road Realty Corp. 

The Kane Co. of Portsmouth, N.H. represented the owner, and also procured the tenant.
