The 4,690-square-foot building at 15 Sawin St. in Marlborough has been sold by CAREBASE Inc. to 15 Sawin Street LLC for $630,000.

Chelmsford-based Patriot Ambulance will operate out of the location, providing services to the city of Marlborough.

Tom Kelleher and Peter Dunn, both of Kelleher & Sadowsky Assoc., brokered the transaction.
