The renovation of the 85,000-square-foot office building at 590 Lincoln St. in Waltham has been completed.

Astra Tech has leased the entire building, according the developer, Hobbs Brook Management which has offices in Waltham and Wakefield. The building was renovated with the intention of leasing the space to an anchor tenant.

During construction, Astra Tech, a medical device company looking to expand, chose to relocate to 590 Lincoln St. The previous tenant at 590 Lincoln St. relocated to 245 Winter St., also located within the Hobbs Brook Office Park.
