Three companies have signed leases, totaling 17,657 square feet, at 2 Willow St. in Southborough at The MetroWest Executive Center.

UpdateLogic signed a new lease for 3,800-square-feet, and was represented by Bob McGuire of CB Richard Ellis. The company provides a service called Update TV, which “improves the overall television viewing experience for consumers,” according to the company.  

Telecommunications firm ViryaNet signed a lease renewal for 10,007 square feet and was represented by R.W. Holmes.

Trigent Software has signed a 3,850 square foot lease and will relocate their corporate headquarters to 2 Willow St. from 1 Apple Hill in Natick. Trigent Software was represented by Robert Bryne of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners.   

Landlord Firmin Avenue Joint  Venture was represented in the UpdateLogic, ViryaNet and Trigent Software transactions by Garry Holmes and Scott Wyant of R.W. Holmes Realty Co.
