The 24,000-square-foot retail addition to the property located at 104 Washington St. in Norwell will become home to a CVS Pharmacy and the expansion of Marsh’s Liquors, according to Norwell-based Conway Commercial, a division of Jack Conway & Co.

George Jamieson and Ellen Faye of Conway Commercial brokered a long-term lease transaction with CVS, which will occupy approximately half of the new structure with Marsh’s Liquor Store.

According to Jamieson, construction is under way on the south side of the Route 53 site, adjacent to Marsh’s liquors.

CVS was represented by its developer, Gershman Brown Crowley Inc. of Indianapolis, and owner Flask Realty LLC. Marsh’s Liquors was represented by Attorney Roger E. Hughes of Norwell. TRB Development Group of Hooksett, N.H. is the general contractor.
