Extell Development has leased 3,309 square feet at 4 Liberty Square in Boston’s Financial District, bringing the building to full occupancy.

Boston-based commercial real estate firm NAI Hunneman represented the landlord, Synergy, a Boston-based real estate investment and development. NAI Hunneman also procured the tenant, Extell Development, a real estate developer of residential, office, hotel, and retail properties. Extell’s Boston developments include the InterContinental Hotel at 500 Atlantic Ave.

The 7-story masonry building at 4 Liberty Square was constructed in 1900 and renovated in 1988. It consists of 25,818 rentable square feet with a mix of ground floor retail and office suites above.
