AVEO Pharmaceuticals, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of cancer therapeutics, has executed a 7,407-square-foot sublease at 64 Sidney St. located in University Park at MIT in Cambridge. 

The space will serve as expansion space for AVEO, which now occupies a total of 62,407 square feet in University Park.
 
The Colliers Meredith & Grew team of Joe Flaherty, Tucker Hansen and Ben Coffin represented Alkermes Inc., the sublandlord, in the transaction. Jon Varholak and Eric Smith of Richard Barry Joyce & Partners represented AVEO Pharmaceuticals. Specifics of the sublease transaction were not disclosed.
