Weymouth-based electric power line service company Halpin Line Construction has signed a long-term lease for 6,218 square feet of office space at 25 Mathewson Drive in Weymouth.

The owner of the property is 25 Mathewson Drive Realty Corp., which purchased the property earlier this year. Jay Nuss of Braintree-based Paramount Partners was the sole broker in the transaction.
