U.S. Representative Barney Frank and Winn Development’s Larry Curtis will be presented with the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association 2008 Vision Awards today at a luncheon being held in conjunction with NH&RA’s 2008 Fall Developers Forum.

The awards ceremony is held annually to recognize individuals who have immeasurably improved the lives of countless low-income families across the nation. This year’s ceremony will take place at the Langham Hotel in Boston.
