The board of directors of Somerville-based Central Bancorp has declared its regular quarterly dividend of $.18 per share, payable on Nov. 21, to stockholders of record as of Nov. 7. 

Central Bancorp is the holding company for Central Bank, whose legal name is Central Co-operative Bank.
