Jennifer Elia, Deanne Pace and Catherine Hughes have been named senior vice presidents at Boston-based commercial real estate firm DTZ FHO Partners.

Elia joined DTZ FHO Partners in 2007 as vice president and is responsible for managing lease administration services and assisting clients in the lease negotiation process. Prior to joining DTZ FHO Partners, she was vice president at Trammell Crow Co., where she worked for the company’s portfolio management group. 

Hughes was previously employed at Fallon Hines & O’Connor as a researcher and financial analyst, providing research and analysis of the greater Boston office and research & design market.

Pace will continue to specialize in lease audit services. A 20-year veteran of the real estate industry, Pace joined DTZ FHO Partners in 2007 after serving as vice president for Trammell Crow Co. for seven years.
