Get Your Dragon LLC, an affiliate of VinCo Properties, has closed on a permanent financing package for 15 Commonwealth Ave., an office property in Woburn formerly known as 78 Dragon Court. 
 
VinCo Properties will receive $12.56 million in financing from Berkshire Bank.

The company paid $4.15 million for the vacant 74,000-square-foot, four-story property in 2006. Vinco was represented by Michael Prakken, senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis.
