Newton-based developer Diversified Project Management has completed Safety Insurance’s 104,000-square-foot renovation and restack project.

Safety Insurance, a provider of automobile insurance in Massachusetts, renewed, renovated and restacked their 104,000 square feet of space at 20 Custom House St. in Boston. Renovations included nine floors, lobbies, a cafeteria and a main reception area.  The space remained occupied as DPM managed the construction and multiple staff relocations.

Harvard-based Maugel Architects and Elaine Construction of Newton provided design and construction services.
