HarborSouth Tower in Quincy has been “dramatically renovated,” to become essentially a new building, according to Griffith Properties.

Griffith, in a joint-venture partnership with Urdang Capital Management and its Value-Added Fund II, completed the redevelopment of the 206,000-square-foot, 10-story Class A office tower located at 100 Hancock St.

The company is pursuing a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Core & Shell Certification for HarborSouth - a higher standard that is typically reserved for new construction.
