A 200,000-square-foot, first-class office building will be developed at Upland Woods Corporate Center in Norwood.

IT media firm TechTarget will lease 113,000 square feet of space in the new center, relocating from their Needham corporate headquarters in January 2010.

TechTarget was represented by Executive Vice President James Elcock and Vice President Elias Demakes of Colliers Meredith & Grew. Jack Kerrigan, Hank Amabile, Tarin Wilson, Lance Carlton and Anne Flannagan of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the landlord as the exclusive agent for Campanelli Cos.
