Miss Michelle’s Center for the Performing Arts has leased 3,200 square feet at 159 Linden St. in Wellesley. 

The performing arts center will be housed on the first floor and will offer classes for children and adults in ballet, jazz, tap, modern, tumbling and theater and will feature annual performances of The Nutcracker Ballet, Spring Fling Musical, Releve Ballet Workshop and Jazz Fest.

David Tognacci of Phoenix Commercial Real Estate LLC in Framingham represented Miss Michelle’s, and Dennis DiSchino of Wellesley-based Equity Partners represented the building owners, Charles Boiardi and William Cullen.
