Two new retailers have signed leases for a total of 4,300 square feet at Wayside Commons in Burlington.

Stellabella Toys, which currently has two Cambridge locations, leased 2,100 square feet and will open at Wayside Commons in mid-October. Nails & Co. leased 2,200 square feet and will open next to Citibank at Wayside in early October.

Other tenants at the 196,000-square-foot lifestyle center include Ann Taylor Loft, Arhaus Furniture, The Capital Grille, Cold Stone Creamery, L.L. Bean, New Balance and West Elm. Remaining availabilities at the center range from 1,683 square feet to 8,186 square feet.

The leases were negotiated by KeyPoint Partners of Burlington.
