Boston-based developer Jones Lang LaSalle has negotiated a total of $27.9 million in sales for shopping centers in Hudson and Webster.
Washington Square Plaza in Hudson has been sold to Dedham-based RK Assoc. for $10.3 million.
The 46,512-square-foot strip mall on Route 85 sold for approximately $222 per square foot. Anchored by CVS, it is 98 percent occupied with national tenants including Family Dollar, Applebees, Dominos and Dunkin Donuts.
Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller and procured the buyer.
Prior to the sale of Washington Square Plaza sale, the 101,000-square-foot Price Chopper Plaza in Webster sale was closed to Cedar-Webster LLC for $17.6 million. Tenants included a Price Chopper Supermarket, Papa Ginos, D'angelos and a freestanding CVS and Burger King.
